Welcoming Jedi and Sith alike, we challenge you all to join us for the prerelease of the Star Wars Unlimited TCG by Fantasy Flight Games at 12pm Noon!
There's nothing better than a prerelease -- except a prerelease with snacks and Star Wars movies in the background! Come for the cards, stay for the prequels! We'll have snacks fit for whichever side of the force you lean, and will have Star Wars on the screens throughout the event.
Because Fantasy Flight always has the cool deckboxes, sleeves, and other Star Wars accessories, we wanted to offer them up to you at a discount on prerelease day -- presenting our SWU Event Bundles! Each bundle includes your entry into the event, and extra Gamegenic goodies!
**If you would like to purchase a bundle, you will have to buy a ticket for the event ($30 fee) and then call the store to reserve your bundled product! You will pay the difference in-person on Sunday.

Per Fantasy Flight's OP prizing, each participant will earn one pack per round played for a total of 3 booster packs each!
Our top participants will also be going home with some cool prizes, regardless of which event bundle you purchase!

In Store Returns
We will happily accept unopened, undamaged items with the original receipt within 30 days, for full refund. Refund is based on method of original payment. After 30 days store credit will be given. No returns after 60 days. The customer MUST have a receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and Single Cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

MISSING/ DAMAGED PIECES
- If your board game or miniature is missing pieces or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact the publisher directly. Publishers do not send replacement pieces to retail stores. As this problem is somewhat common, publishers usually provide a quick turnaround in supplying the pieces (at no charge).
- Exceptions: Games Workshop, Asmodee products. Please contact us via email regarding problems with these products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
