In Thebai, you take on the role of a noble house vying for glory in the legendary city of Cadmea, the heart of ancient Thebes. In a world shaped by mythology, divine favor, and military might, your goal is to expand the city, ascend your warriors to powerful commanders, and earn the favor of the gods to secure your place in history.
Throughout the game, players lay tiles to build Cadmea, unlocking powerful new actions and strategic opportunities. Dice are never rolled—they evolve and improve as the game progresses, rewarding careful planning and development.
You must balance a tight economic engine while defending the city gates against invading threats. Train and promote hoplites, manage resources, and climb the favor tracks of two mighty gods whose influence can shift the course of the game.
Every action counts. Shape the city, raise your warriors, and harness divine power to outwit your rivals and claim your legacy.

In Store Returns
We will happily accept unopened, undamaged items with the original receipt within 30 days, for full refund. Refund is based on method of original payment. After 30 days store credit will be given. No returns after 60 days. The customer MUST have a receipt.
Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and Single Cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

MISSING/ DAMAGED PIECES
- If your board game or miniature is missing pieces or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact the publisher directly. Publishers do not send replacement pieces to retail stores. As this problem is somewhat common, publishers usually provide a quick turnaround in supplying the pieces (at no charge).
- Exceptions: Games Workshop, Asmodee products. Please contact us via email regarding problems with these products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
