Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game – The Key and the Gate
The Key and the Gate, the fourth deluxe expansion for Call of Cthulhu: The Card Game and introduces 165 cards (three copies each of fifty-five individual cards) that explore the mysteries of Yog-Sothoth and the eerie, fictional word of H.P. Lovecraft.
With nearly two-thirds of its cards serving to develop the identity of Yog-Sothoth and its mysteries and minions, The Key and the Gate is an excellent expansion for fans of the Ancient One and players who like the faction's strengths in discard, recursion, and control rooted in arcane knowledge. Meanwhile, it also introduces Yithians to the Living Card Game format, bolsters Sorcerers with new Spells, and bestows powerful support cards upon each of the other factions, as well as characters with the new Fated keyword.
In Store Returns
We will happily accept unopened, undamaged items with the original receipt within 30 days, for full refund. Refund is based on method of original payment. After 30 days store credit will be given. No returns after 60 days. The customer MUST have a receipt.
Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and Single Cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

MISSING/ DAMAGED PIECES
- If your board game or miniature is missing pieces or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact the publisher directly. Publishers do not send replacement pieces to retail stores. As this problem is somewhat common, publishers usually provide a quick turnaround in supplying the pieces (at no charge).
- Exceptions: Games Workshop, Asmodee products. Please contact us via email regarding problems with these products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
