Star trek 50th anniversary Chess
The Star Trek Tri-dimensional chess set is bold, distinctive, eminently logical, and has everything you'll need to start your intergalactic chess playing expedition.
The 32 game pieces are precision cast and coated in sterling silver or 24 karat gold with three main playing boards and four moveable "attack boards." Complete with a specially designed collectible booklet containing the history of the game and the rules of play, it is a stunning showpiece, moving the Star Trek saga into a bold new dimension.
This chess set, from the Franklin Mint, is being released in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Star Trek TV series. The release is also timed in conjunction with the anticipated film Star Trek Beyond, the 13th film in the 50 year Star Trek franchise, being released summer of 2016. Since its inception in 1964, Star Trek has captured the hearts and minds of fans eager for a brighter future. The series' views and ideas have moved beyond the screen and inspired the world outside of Science Fiction. Since the debut of "Court Martial" fans have been fascinated with the Tri-dimensional chess set featured in the episode. There have been many pop culture references to it, including episodes of "The Big Bang Theory" and "Doctor Who."

In Store Returns
We will happily accept unopened, undamaged items with the original receipt within 30 days, for full refund. Refund is based on method of original payment. After 30 days store credit will be given. No returns after 60 days. The customer MUST have a receipt.
Refund policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and Single Cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

MISSING/ DAMAGED PIECES
- If your board game or miniature is missing pieces or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact the publisher directly. Publishers do not send replacement pieces to retail stores. As this problem is somewhat common, publishers usually provide a quick turnaround in supplying the pieces (at no charge).
- Exceptions: Games Workshop, Asmodee products. Please contact us via email regarding problems with these products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
